The red alert ring has held up brilliantly under intense large dog chewing. Rufus really digs this thing. There are no plastic shards falling off at all. He carried it all over the backyard where there are some very muddy areas, and it’s gotten filthy. I’ve had to soak it in the sink since it’s difficult to clean. I’m not sure if it could handle the dishwasher -probably but I think we’re ok for now.
